She's not quite ready for the Wheaties box...

Today, I finally got the chance to see Peanut in action during her tumbling class. While she's nearly as tall as the three and four year olds in her class, it's clear that she's not as coordinated. She's quite tall, and her motor skills haven't quite caught up to her size yet. Once that happens, however, she'll be an even bigger force to be reckoned with.

Once all the kids were there, they started doing some stretches to warm up...

...before moving on to balance beams...

...and some floor work. Frog leaps, bear walk, forward rolls, etc.

I don't think we'll be prepping for an olympic career (in a year, she'll be too tall to compete on that level) but at least she's having fun. After all, that's the only thing that matters.

Boy, what a way to start the morning! Every morning, I check to see if you have posted something new. What a nice group of pictures of little "cutie", even though they were slightly blurry.

I'm cooking on the grill this morning, but it's a secret!

I'll see you before 8 am tomorrow, hopefully.

What fun! Peanut really is tall - once she gets that coordination thing down I see a promising future in basketball...or maybe modeling?

Peanut has already shown improvement in just 3 weeks. She is loving it, which is all I ask for!
