Weighing in at 9lbs, 9oz, he was a bit more than a little bundle of joy. A couple days after being born, he made himself right at home.

We've suffered ear infections and the river of drool that accompanied his first two teeth. We've laughed at his sense of humor and at his temper. We've watched him roll, then crawl, then stand, then cruise. Walking isn't far off, and nothing will be safe anymore.

Happy Birthday Swanny Jr. The past year has been a blast. It seems like it'll be forever until you're two; when that day comes, I'll be wondering where this year went. Hopefully, we'll all be able to enjoy it as it happens.

It always amazes me how much they change that first year....and yes, we just celebrated Little Dude's Second bday in April and it goes just as fast but is JUST as fun!!!!
